Refunds

Credit packs

A pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase while at least 99% of its credits are unused. Do it yourself from Settings → Plan & credits → Payments: the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, and the pack's credits are removed. Stripe keeps its processing fee on refunds; we cover that.

Subscriptions

Cancel any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for; there are no partial refunds for that period. A trial that needs a card is free until it ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

In the EU and UK

You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of making it. Because Authrot starts at once, withdrawing from a subscription refunds what you paid less the part of the period you used, and a credit pack is refunded less the credits you have spent. Write to [email protected] within the 14 days; we refund within 14 days of hearing from you, to the way you paid.

If a payment was charged in error, or the service failed you, write to [email protected] and we will put it right.
